It uses pricing data to provide simple, fast and accurate estimates in the field without paperwork or the need to call into the shop for pricing information.
Field service technicians usually do job estimates in the field by filling out paper forms, then bringing them back to the shop to be completed. This process is slow, inefficient and can result in pricing errors.
The app makes pricing jobs in the field much more efficient and accurate, giving the customer immediate price quotes while the technician is on-site.
